We are based on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, serving clients island-wide and across the United States.
All services are available online, with optional Oʻahu in-person meetings for branding, consulting, and website handoff.

How do I buy a product?
All digital products – handbooks, workbooks, templates, and startup systems – can be purchased directly through our online shop.
Simply choose your item, complete checkout, and your download is sent instantly to your email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:

- ACH / Bank Transfer
Card payments include a standard 3% processing fee.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
For service-based projects, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds are issued once work begins.
Credits may be offered at our discretion.
Are extra revisions charged?
Yes.
Most services include one revision round.
Additional revisions are billed depending on the service (typically $100 per extra revision for creative work).

How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quotes are delivered within 1- 2 business days.
Larger packages (branding, websites, crowdfunding, grant projects) may take 2- 4 business days to prepare.
REFUND & POLICY
What is your refund policy?
- 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects
- No refunds once work has begun
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Hawaiʻi GET (4.712%) is applied where required
- Late payments incur a 5% late fee after 10 days
How do I agree to the policy at checkout?
Before completing your purchase, you must check a box confirming you have read and agree to:
